Asking Allaah for pious children
Some of us might be young or single and some might be married, but we all hope to have children of our own one day.
Having children is indeed a great blessing from Allaah, and its very important for the growth and the prosperity of the Muslim Ummah.
I hope to share with you some Dua’s Allaah taught us in the Quran made by the prophets through which Allaah granted them prophets amongst their childrens.
In this day and age there are no more prophets to come but through these beautiful supplications Allaah may bless us with great Ulema and elevate our rank in jannah. Innshaa Allaah.
Allaah’s Messenger (صلى الله عليه وسلم) said,
“A servant will have his rank raised and will say, ‘O my Lord how has
this come about for me?’ He says, ‘through your sons after you
seeking forgiveness for you'”
(ibn Maajah)
Abu Huraira (Allaah be pleased with him) reported Allaah’s Messenger (صلى الله عليه وسلم) as saying:
When a man dies, his acts come to an end, but three,
recurring charity,
or knowledge (by which people) benefit,
or a pious son, who prays for him (for the deceased).
